Dinner at Hogwarts is back again!

Didn't get a ticket to this sold out event in previous years? Or maybe you did and want to experience the magic again! In either case, now's your chance!

On Saturday, February 16, 2019, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm the chapel at Bethany Church will be transformed into the Great Hall of Hogwarts where you can dine with your House on a meal of comfort food, all the while listening to the ever curious and entertaining conversations of the Hogwarts staff at the head table.

Tickets sold by House - Adult (12 and older) $30, Child (11 and under) $20.

The purchase of your ticket includes a visit to the Wand Shop so your wand can choose you! Which one will you take home? Don't forget to visit the Three Broomsticks and get your butterbeer too!

There will also be lots of photo ops with Hogwarts faculty!

The fine print:

Event Date and Time: Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Doors open at 5:00pm. Sorry, we can not accommodate early arrivals. Dinner service starts about 5:45pm.

Ticket Prices: Adult (12 and older) $30, Child (11 and under) $20.

You Get: Each adult or child ticket includes 1 (one) wand, 1 (one) butterbeer, an assigned seat at chosen House, and dinner.

Seating: House seats are on a first come, first served basis. Seats per House are limited so please get your tickets early if you have a strong preference for seating. Seating will be assigned to each table. To ensure your group sits together, please order all tickets needed at the same time.

Payment: Payment can be made via check, money order, or cash. We are unable to take credit cards at this time. Payment can be presented in person or mailed to Bethany Church.

Deadline: All tickets must be paid for by Wednesday, February 6. Any unpaid tickets remaining on Thursday, Feb. 7, will be released first to those on a waiting list, then to the public.

Photos: We love photo ops! All Hogwarts staff will be available for photos as well as themed standees and a Sorting Hat. Feel free to use your own camera/phone and also post to social media if you'd like. Additionally, we will have a professional photographer taking photos. All of these photos will be uploaded to a gallery to which attendees will have access and can purchase prints if they'd like.

Additional Costs: There are no additional costs at the event. Post-event, a photo gallery will be available and prints may be purchased. There is no commitment or pressure to make a purchase.
